Radhika Haralalka is a counselling psychologist based in Singapore. She helps people make peace with their thoughts and emotions through counselling. When suffering, it is sometimes necessary to slow down and stop pushing – she offers a safe and confidential space for you to find your inner wisdom and do that.
Having broad experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups; Radhika focuses on a wide range of issues including stress, insomnia, work related issues, marital conflicts, parenting, women’s issues, life transitions, relationships, anxiety & depression.
She does this through an integrative approach in her work, using tools from REBT, CBT, person centered, and existential therapies, based on her client’s needs. She has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is also trained in Rational Emotional and Cognitive Behavior Therapy under the leading experts in the field (USA). She is the only certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist for Insomnia (CBT-I) in Singapore.

In the past, she has worked as an Employee Assistance Program counsellor and corporate trainer with multi-nationals like Credit Suisse, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft etc, women special private psychotherapy clinics, universities as well as adolescent programs.
Being an expat herself, and having lived and worked in India, New York and Singapore, she has a multi-cultural perspective and understanding of the challenges of an expat life. She is also bilingual in English and Hindi.
She is a member of the Singapore Psychological Society.
