How the '4 Week Program' works?

Getting Started

  1. Chat With Customer Support

    Clarify your queries on the process via the orange Chat/ Help button at bottom.

  2. Register From 'Start Here'

    Click the 'Start Here' orange button above, to Register and Create an account.

  3. Choose Specialist

    Once you have Created an account, choose behavioural specialist after reading their credentials from 'Specialist Booking' Page.

  4. 4 Week Program

    For the selected Specialist, click 'Full profile'>> click 'Book Specialist Appointment'>> under 'Appointment' select '4 Week Program', fill in the required fields and click 'submit'. Use discount coupon if available.


During Program

  1. Your Own Specialist

    Your chosen behavioural specialist will support you over the next 4 weeks (Monday to Friday)

  2. Message When You Want

    Use Messaging inside your account to respond back to the message from your specialist. Message when you feel like sharing your thinking and behaviour.

  3. Daily Response (Weekdays)

    The Specialist will get back on your Message by the next working day. S/he will ask questions over the next few day to ascertain and prioritise the issue. Once issue is confirmed, s/he will help you with tools to Reframe your Thinking and thus Behaviour over the next weeks.

  4. Can Schedule Short Video

    If required, a 10 minutes Video call can also be scheduled.
