    Stress eaters out there, time to revamp your menu!

    Research has shown that spinach, lemons and dark chocolate all help to decrease stress. Lemon odours and magnesium rich spinach tells your brain to produce less cortisol - the stress hormone. 

    Stop bingeing on chips and reach for spinach instead!
