    Is your pillow affecting how well you will sleep?

    Fluffy feather pillows might be nice and cuddly but studies have shown that they perform poorly in heat dissipation and helping sleep.

    Firm, round shaped pillows gave better neck support. Newer prototype designs such as Posiform® have also been shown to be effective in treating sleep disorders such as positional sleep apnea. 

    These scientifically-tested sleep tips have helped some to sleep better. Try them out, and you might be rewarded with a better night’s sleep and a better you!
