Course Overview:

Sleep is as important to our health as eating, drinking and breathing. It allows our bodies to repair themselves and our brains to consolidate our memories and process information. 

Poor sleep is linked to mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. 

In our program, we will explore what gets in the way of getting a good night's sleep and idetify strategies that could enable you to sleep more successfully. 

Being able to talk about one's mental health has been proven to be beneficial for emotional wellbeing. In this course we also take a look at some barriers and why we sometimes find it difficut to talk about the very things that are so important for our health.
