Please note that the Specialist Appointment Fees paid by a Client is non-refundable.
In case the Specialist cannot accommodate the Appointment request, the full fees paid by the Client will be automatically refunded to the Client within 2 working days.
However, in the event a Client is not satisfied with the Service, then the Client may send a mail to email@example.com. We will review each mail, and if we deem fit, may refund the Fees. Our decision on any such matters shall be final and binding.
