I had learned wat is talk therapy. I've learned that if we response in either ways we're correct or also incorrect from wat I recalled & analysis on my fellow peers. I'm talking about MI situation responded.

I learned that some side effects of my meds thru peers. I seriously felt supported by fellow at night when I'm alone with nobody to interact on our conditions bcos everyone knows it's the most difficult to be alone at night without support & feeling sleepless.

The most outstanding aspect of RWS/RTR is the formation of presentation teams each week. Members from each team get to ask important questions about recovery, seek and contemplate answers to such questions, consider forum inputs and present their findings. This approach makes RWS/RTR sessions very informative, and extends the learning curves of everyone who participates.

I liked the story about the deaf frog that persevered on because he couldn't hear the negative comments by other people. He wasn't held back because of that and that gave me some insight that sometimes it's the voices that we tell ourselves or voices from other people that are holding us back. We might have the ability to fly but we clip our own wings.

Understanding of the 5 stages in the recovery process: Denial, Awareness, Acceptance, Insight and Meaning. It helps me to understand the journey that I have went through for the past 5 years. It also help me to see clearly where I am now in the recovery process (at meaning stage now).
