Stress Management - coping with top stressors

      (1) Dealing with toxic people (2) Finding a job and path I need to take. (3) My self-doubt and depressive patterns of avoidance and sometimes self-harm, along with dissociative moments. I cope with them by talking to my friends and having their support. Listening to music helps me too. I exercise to snap myself out of dissociative states.

For (2) I will try to distant myself. And for cases where I am unable to (eg:family members), I try to disengage (I tend to find some excuse to cut the conversation short) once the conversation becomes toxic."

      (1) Body Ache/Pain (2) Some of my remaining avoidance behavior (3) Aging parents. I cope by exercising outdoor at least an hour daily and try to change my perception on these stressors.

      (1) Dealing with toxic people gives me a lot of stress. I avoid them generally as I have not yet learnt good boundary techniques to deal with them.

    (2) When I am under stress, I use medication to reduce my anxiety, sleep it off, talk to close friends, go for a walk, manage expections of myself and those I work with. I also try to do activities that increase happiness. A happier and fuller heart helps me to absorb stress.
