(contd) (2) No one is perfect, and every healthy relationship is made up of ppl who have faults and weaknesses. But in healthy relationships, there's mutual respect, understanding, care and concern, and a willingness to work out difficulties.

      (1) Toxic relationship arises from being in a relationship with toxic ppl. Some traits of toxic ppl are: Defensive instead of open to feedback, only apologise instead of changing behavior, blame, demand trust instead of earning it, irresponsible not taking care of themselves or others, manipulative and controlling, avoid closeness instead of connecting (to be contd)

Toxic - When someone takes advantage of you and doesn’t like you for you. Positive - Doesn’t care about your status and accept all of your flaws.

A positive relationship would be one that makes me feel supported and loved. It should be a relationship that I can turn towards to for a listening ear or help when in need. A toxic relationship is one that will trigger unhealthy emotion. I guess its pretty easy to spot toxic relationship since it will trigger unhealthy emotion.

Toxic relationships are energy suckers. You give more and feel drained after meeting these ppl. Positive relationships uplift your spirit. In toxic relationship you can either be used as a garbage bag or you can help someone whose life is not good. In other words you can help that energy sucker by being there for him/her

Positive friendships are people who accept me for who I am while helping me improve in certain aspects in my life. Toxic friends are people who pretends to be my friend, wanna change me to be someone they expect, pull my morale low

Toxic should be when it gets really energetically draining. Anything but happy. Happy is positive and uplifting

there’s no need to focus on toxic relationship. If you think it’s very draining then just move away, if you find that you want to treasure them as friends, just be direct and tell them how you feel. If it’s toxic, maybe think of how to improve and if really cannot, just move on.

a toxic relationship gives off negative vibes. it compromises both sides. a positive relationship is rather ideal. it employs more positive vocabulary and word banks. Things to look out for? gaslighting and sabotage.

Positive relationships are built from a grounded foundation, and takes a lot more time and patience to build and nurture. Healthy boundaries, commitment to communication and deep appreciation for the other person are constant despite whatever hardships or problems may follow. You feel safe and appreciated with them and it will steadily deepen over time.

In toxic relationships, one or both parties are very good in manipulation tactics and know how to convince you to like them or fall love with them. The key thing to look out for is guilt-tripping, withholding love, placing ridiculous conditions on the relationship, silent treatment, unresolved issues they bring to the table with no intention to work on themselves. This would then lead to emotional abuse, and in some cases physical abuse as well.

Toxic relationships are due to lack of self-awareness, lack of boundaries and emotional dependency. Lack of self-awareness leads to not knowing how you come across to others. People will recognize your weaknesses and be in a position of power. Lack of boundaries will result in allowing people with malicious intent to exploit those weaknesses. Emotional dependency will lead you to cling to some hope that things will eventually work out because you feel like without them there is no one else.

But whereas when our friend doesn't likes us doing thing which is not good for our well being. The same person would tell at us and of course curse breaking out in tension. In this situation we would find him to be rude. So the same friend whom we had a positive relationship will be imposed in our heart as a Toxic relationship we had over the period of time. These relationship are most often according to situations what we coming over situations.

Toxic relationship and positive relationship are of two different notation. There is no need for it be emerging from two different person. Both these relationship will appear from one. When we love a friend of our so sincerely. The other person (friend) would support us for growth and strengthen our weakness leading to a happier life. At that stiuation we tend to have a positive relationship.

continued... as opposed to a healthy relationship where the person wants the best for you and so, any changes they suggest you should make will be for your own good, plus you will still be given a choice instead of being forced into changing yourself.

So deep omg but I think toxic relationships make you feel suffocated, and that it's your fault that you're being suffocated. You don't feel acknowledged or appreciated in a toxic relationship. The person may make you feel like there's something wrong with you as a person and try to change you for their own benefit...tbc

The law of attraction is true toxic ppl attract toxic ppl. Because all not so toxic friends will run after a while. So in order to attract positive friend. the reciprocate of positiveness must be there ultimately friends are not counsellor

To me, toxic is many times a belief not the person. Many peers I know call others toxic or negative but not self-aware They themselves are reflecting negative behavior. They need to realize it is not just you choose positive friends but positive friends also have a choice to choose you too. If we cannot be positive ourselves the only friends willing to hang around us is toxic friends. Sad but it's the truth.

I am bad at differentiating between toxic and positive relationships. Because sometimes I would be overwhelmed and behaved badly. A toxic relationship will be someone who constantly and intentionally put you down, making you feel bad about yourself, and only pointing out the wrongs you did, unappreciative. A positive rs will be someone who is appreciative, see the good in you, being encouraging when you are in problems.

Positive relationships always cherish. Toxic relationships always make you emotionally uncomfortable, and it will be always emotionally draining. Positive relationships are always building on strong trust. Positive relationships always help to grow with each other, and they always have constructive criticism, they help you grow.

In toxic relationship the only concentrated about themself, their needs ,their worries they never consider about other needs they always tells about their worries . They always misuse us in wrong way and try to impose their mistake as our mistake.

For example, if something the other person said hurts me, I will say it hurt me and why or which part of what the other person said hurt me and tell them how they could have said it such that it won't hurt me next time, rather than pull a long face, get angry and just stop communicating and make the other person guess what went wrong.

For me, a toxic relationship is one where the communication is bad and there are fights and unhappiness often. This can be a family relationship or a friendship or even a romantic relationship. A positive relationship is where we are both understanding of our differences, we agree to disagree rather than be egoistic and say that "I" am always right and refuse to listen to the other person's reasoning, and also have a smooth communication.
