This is the challenge and it is not easy but perhaps when I feel that it ia taking control of me such as feel negative thoughts/emotions or am afraid of doing certain things which one I used to enjoy doing it. When I start to get angry or into an argument with someone or can't ignore something petty.

By my reflecting on my thoughts and the emotions that I feel with it. For example, I realised that recently I feel rather afraid to do go out and do certain things and don't feel like doing anything and now realised that these are all the "Fear" that has been built up and is feeding into the my mind to make more "negative" which I am supposed to ignore it or else it will just amplify. Sometime I dunno what to do and let it take control of me as fighting it isn't easy....

I will try to list down all the possible reasons that trigger my fear emotion, and then explore the reason behind this fear emotion and see if I can change my interpretation about it.

I will be worried and it will affect my sleep quality. I would feel tired with poor sleep and it worsens my dear that I will lose my job.

When I encounter a fearful situation, I experience signs like racing heartbeat, racing thoughts, chest tightness, muscle tension, headaches, dry mouth, sweaty palms, cringing. I can't move, and feel like running away.

I guess when I have panic attacks or get insomnia over the thought of the trigger. I might have anxiety or sweaty palms.

You identify fear when you feel you are unduly worried about something, being overly anxious about something that you're fearful of.

Especially since I have PTSD, I have a lot of fears and in the beginning, it was very difficult to identify what it was that I was feeling. So, slowly as I started therapy, with the help of my therapist, I was able to put a finger on it and identify that what I was feeling was fear and then I was able to identify the causes of my fear.

Fear is described as "an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm," or "be afraid of (someone or something) as likely to be dangerous, painful, or harmful." This is also how I identify my fears. I fear dissociation because it can cause harm to myself or others and I know that from my experience. So I identify my fears from my experiences.
