Eat healthy, stay positive, breathe in and out, exercise, be thankful and grateful and pray to God

I had a mild episode few days ago & I believe medicine is EXTREMELY important. I also need instant companion at that moment or fellow peers to assure & comfort me. I need ppl I trust to confirm that it's ok. BUT all these might not be in place all the time. MY FRIENDS, PLEASE HELP ME WITH A CONTINGENCY PLANS!!

I learnt about the stress curve, and the importance of keeping myself relaxed and my stress level low. When stress is beyond optimum, then fatigue and anxiety sets in. When that happens, I must pull out my selfcare list and take action. I shouldn't wait for the anxiety to escalate to panic like before.

I have learned that for self care, we will need to find time for ourselves to slow down, and self reflect, to find time for leisure, relationships.

Now that I have overcame my avoidance of health screening as well as taking medication to control my cholesterol and blood pressure, I will focus more on taking back the control of my health. I will eat healthier as well as building up my fitness again. The mind and body is interlink. I believe with a healthy body, I will have a better mental wellness!

Reach out to people (friends and family) when you need support.
